Try a Tincho
The traditional Argentine way to serve New Age is in the form of a Tincho – over ice with a slice of lime. The name “Tincho” actually comes from the nickname of a beloved Bianchi Patriarch, Valentin Eduardo “Tincho” Bianchi, who invented the drink one hot summer afternoon. Classic New Age White Tincho
6 oz New Age White wine
1/4 oz lime juice
Garnish: lime wheel or wedge
Combine all ingredients in a large wine glass. Garnish with lime wheel or wedge.
Serves 1
Summer Tincho
6 oz New Age White wine
3 oz watermelon juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Garnish: watermelon slice and lime slice
Add all liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a stemmed glass with ice. Garnish with watermelon and lime.

Cranberry Spritzer
4oz. New Age White
2oz. Cranberry Juice
Combine ingredients in a tall glass, stir together and finish off with the juice from two lime wedges.
Serves 1
Rosé Sangria
40 oz rose-infused New Age Rosé (recipe below)
8 oz grapefruit juice
8 oz brandy
1 lemon, sliced
1 grapefruit, sliced
5 strawberries, sliced
10 raspberries
Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir. Cover and refrigerate for four hours or overnight. Serve over ice in wine glasses.
Rose-infused Rosé
5 cups New Age Rosé
1 1/4 cup organic dried rose buds
Add rose buds to the New Age Rosé. Seal in an air tight container and let steep for 1-2 days. Strain into another container and keep up to three months refrigerated.
Serves 8
White Fruit Sangria
40 oz New Age White wine
8 oz orange liqueur
8 oz fresh orange juice
1 orange, sliced
2 limes, sliced
15 blackberries
Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir. Cover and refrigerate for four hours or overnight Serve over ice in wine glasses.
